Naoto is a general physician and attending physician at Akashi Medical Center Hospital, Hyogo, Japan. Before his current work, he worked and committed himself to clinical education as a clinical lecturer in a community-based medicine training station, at Tsukuba University Hospital, Ibaraki, Japan. He had also worked in downtown Tokyo. He received a Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba. Besides certified family physician, he is a Board Certified Member of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, the Japanese Respiratory Society and the Japanese Association for Infectious Diseases. His areas of research interest head for primary care diagnosis and management of common medical problems. As an editorial member, he contributes to several Japanese medical journals.
