Channels are 'buckets' of content into which you can find and share content about specific topics. In our Lippincott Author Community, we have prepared five channels designed to guide you through the publishing process, ensuring your work is ready for publication. In each channel, you can expect to find relevant tools and resources that will assist you in each stage of the publishing journey.

So, what are our five different channels?

  • Preparing Your Research: Watch this channel for information on: levels of evidence, article type selection, research reporting guidelines, and more.
  • Writing Your Submission: Follow this channel for information on language quality, figure and table preparation and author resources.
  • Journal Selection: Where you submit is as important as what you submit. Follow this channel for guidance on selecting the best journal to publish your work.
  • Understanding Peer Review: This channel examines the peer review process, how to respond to reviewer feedback, and give your submission the best chance for publication.
  • Promoting Your Research: Follow this channel for information on the tools and platforms available for promoting your article post-publication.

How can I interact in a channel?

Post content to the channel

To post a post, video or document to a channel, simply follow the below tutorials:

Watch the channel

You can click 'Watch' on the channels and rooms that you are most interested in and be notified by email about new content and conversations at a frequency of your choosing.

If you no longer want to follow updates on a channel, simply click ‘Watching’ to stop watching.

Alternatively, you can decide which channels and rooms to be notified via email, under 'Account Settings' within 'Tailor Digest'

Notably, if no content is added to the channels and rooms that members are watching, there will be no emails sent.
